•you live in a region or country where lockdown is in effect
•travel restriction measures are imposed by the authorities in your region or country
•quarantine measures have been put into effect by the French authorities concerning the country of origin
•you are in quarantine because you are positive for COVID-19
•you are sick with COVID-19 and cannot travel with confirmation from your doctor

• in case of non arrival or early departure → 100% of the total stay is payable
